  • Strain Profile: This strain is perfect for New England-style IPAs. It produces a medium-ester profile similar to LC016 and leaves some residual sweetness, which accentuates both malt and hop flavors and aromas.

Forms a firm foam head and presents a very good ability to stay in suspension during fermentation.

  • Strain Profile: A super clean, super-fast fermenting strain. A low ester-producing strain that results in a balanced, neutral flavor and aroma profile. Alcohol-tolerant and very versatile for a wide variety of styles. Similar to California Ale Yeast but it generally ferments faster.

  • Strain Profile: This yeast is perfect for Northeastern style IPAs because it enhances and accentuates body into your beer. Esters are higher than typical yeast of this style and this strain has been known to result in more diacetyl, increasing the temperature at the end of fermentation is suggested.
